5 passengers in a taxi receive £1250.00 compensation each following a road traffic accident

Accident circumstances

A group of five friends had booked a taxi to take them to the local cinema. On their way the vehicle our clients were in was approaching a roundabout slowly when the defendant collided into the rear of the vehicle. After watching out advert on television they decided to contact us to pursue their compensation claim.

Defendant insurer’s position

The defendant insurers initially alleged the claim was fraudulent.
