Mr S was driving to home and he indicated to turn right onto another street when the third party failed to observe and collided into the rear of our claimant’s vehicle.
The defendant’s representatives admitted liability.
The case was handed over to Sara Kiran our expert in car accident claims.
– The third party then put forward a pre medical offer of £1000.00 and stated that our client’s injury sustained was only a ‘minor nature’.
– Miss Kiran recommended the client rejected the offer as he had not been examined by a qualified medical expert.
– After our client had attended his medical examination the third party then put forward another offer of £1,755 in personal injury compensation.
Our client was happy with this offer and accepted.
We advised our client to reject the pre medical offer as I believe that it wouldn’t have been a fair representation of our client’s injuries as he hadn’t been medically examined.
