Mr I was stationary waiting to pull out of a junction after taking a wrong turn. The third party was in a large 4×4 and was reversing out of a driveway failing to observe she collided into the side of our client’s vehicle. After the collision both partied exited their vehicles the third party accepted fault and swapped details. Our client later received a call from her insurance company and they were accepting liability and also willing to repair his vehicle damage.
